From February to July, a training course was organised by the IOC-ENERGIES programme to reinforce the member states’ skills in term of electricity regulation.
2017. This training consisted of three phases and was provided by the Florence School of Regulation. The first phase took place at the IOC’s headquarters from February 6th to February 8th and was supervised by international lecturers and the director of the Florence School of Regulation, Jean-Michel Glachant. The second phase started on February 15th and consisted in a 10-week online course that ended in July.
The last part of this training involved a residential seminar that was held in Mauritius on July 20th and July 21th.
